Major construction has been ongoing for over a year now at the Magic Kingdom. Now the renovated hub area has begun to open to guests.
The new space has been the new FastPass+ viewing area for Wishes since February 27th. The project is not complete just yet though. The finished product will add sculpted gardens, new pathways, and expanded restaurant seating to the hub area. Most of the major structural work looks to be completed so the hub should finally be without construction walls sometime before the summer season really begins.
Photos from the finished sections look great. It gives a renewed purpose of the hub. I can definitely see myself taking a snack there and eating it in one of the garden areas and taking in the ambience.
